Ancient history of Iran

This is a collection of chapters about Ancient Iran during the periods of the Medes and the Achaemenids. The chapters are written by different scholars, as in all the Cambridge History of... series. Those scholars are very thorough and they write in a clear, simple way, with respect for the readers. They provide us with excellent illustrations and maps. There is, of course, an Index. It is a great book to use for research, as it provides a bibliography for each chapter. It is also valuable to simply learn about the subject.

JUST AS BIAS AS ALL THE OTHER HISTORY OF THE MEDES

How can you say that the scyths believed their leader was chosen by god and they would avoid picking up traditions from other cultures then 4 pages later say they dont know what their religion was but believe they picked it up from all the cultures they visited then i find out the word hindu came from the word sindu that the medes called the people of the indus valley the hindu religion came from they say the vedic brahmas who you find are the medes then buddha was a mede zoroaster came from the medes at the time of king cyrus mithra also so really everyone had the same god and same religion but later changed them to what they believe today
