Books used and in disrepair when the purchase was for new books

Hello, I am a trader and usually bought by Amazon for over a year and I always buy my books for sale on amazon, always buy books that are new never used and I find the big surprise that when I open my box with five buy new books I got used, dirty, two of these books are beaten and broken the back so I used to give them to the customer, with great sadness that I think is a total lack of respect that if you pay us. 924.25 dollars is to receive the goods in perfect condition or what you buy.
Stay alert to receive your answer as the goods in this state this hurts me in my business.
